  • How do I check in and out of my vacation rental?

    You will be sent all the check-in information the day before your arrival. Each property will be self-checked in, and you will receive a unique door code for your stay. 

  • Are guests required to do any checkout instructions?

    There are no checkout instructions at any of our properties. We want our guests to enjoy a hassle-free vacation. Our cleaners will take care of everything.

  • What is your procedure if something is damaged in the home?

    We believe in managing the integrity of all our vacation rentals to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. When we find or are made aware of damage, we will promptly address it. Please be aware that we hold guests accountable for unreasonable damages and missing items if there's any damage or lost items. Safely, a globally recognized trusted safety company, protects our properties. The $50 insurance fee in your booking covers the cost of the damages.

  • Are pets allowed to stay?

    Unfortunately, our homes are not pet-friendly. We welcome service animals, but proper documentation must be submitted. Once the service dog is approved, a non-refundable $400 pet fee will be added to your reservation. This fee covers the additional cleaning needed.

  • Do you provide towels and linens?

    Yes, we provide enough bath towels and linens for each guest staying.
